Silver Pail Dairy has BRCGS Accreditation and maintains an accredited HACCP Quality Assurance Programme which itself incorporates full microbiological testing and auditing. In the interest of food safety, Silver Pail Dairy engages in a rigorous quality control process that allows the company to consistently achieve Grade AA accreditation.

Our team of development chefs and food technologists works with global flavour houses and ingredient suppliers to source the most suitable products for our diverse portfolio. They keep up to date with industry developments and market trends to ensure our products are creative, cost effective and ahead of market expectations.
Silver Pail Dairy is one of very few ice-cream companies with the capability to design and create hand finished ice-cream cakes. Our custom built cake room allows us to produce premium quality cakes to the highest of standards.
Sustainability
Within our own organisation we focus on energy, the environment, water usage and waste with an established plan and commitment to improvements in each area. Externally, we are aware of the wider issues and pressures associated with the food industry.
We are certified to the RSPO standard (Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil) and the UTZ standard, a program to support the sustainable farming of cocoa.
