1. Powered by Irish Dairy and Local Suppliers

Our ice cream starts with Irish milk and cream — and we make it a priority to support local suppliers wherever possible.

Working with Irish farmers means fresher ingredients, lower transport emissions, and a stronger local economy. It’s a win-win for everyone (especially the cows).

2. RSPO & UTZ Certified Ingredients

We’re proud to be certified by two of the most trusted global sustainability bodies:

• RSPO (Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil)

• UTZ (Sustainable Cocoa Farming)

These certifications ensure that the palm oil and cocoa used in our recipes are ethically sourced and environmentally responsible — from field to freezer.

3. Responsible Manufacturing Practices

We actively manage and reduce our resource use across the board:

• Lower energy consumption through efficient machinery

• Reduced water usage via smart metering and process control

• Improved waste management, including better recycling and minimal landfill contribution

• Focused efforts on reducing carbon emissions at every step of the supply chain
