Our facility in Fermoy, Co. Cork was designed with one goal in mind: consistency at scale.
From small tubs to bulk 5L formats, everything we produce flows through an efficient, food-safe, and highly flexible system that allows us to meet demand — without compromising on quality.


2. Our Freezing Tech = Smoother Scoops

We use specialised freezing technology that minimises ice crystal formation during production.
What that means for you? A smoother, creamier texture in every bite — and a melt profile that’s just right.

It’s the difference between good ice cream and truly premium.


3. BRCGS Grade AA + Full HACCP Certification

Food safety is never negotiable at SilverPail.
We’re proud to hold BRCGS Grade AA Accreditation, the highest possible rating under the Global Food Safety Standard.

We also operate under a strict, fully accredited HACCP Quality Assurance Programme, including:

  • Microbiological testing

  • Independent third-party audits

  • Full traceability from source to scoop
